• Faxed forms are only accepted for wire transfers.
• Register online if using a credit card. 
• Substitution, record changes, upgrading registration or adding options to a registration record can be made by using the link in your email receipt/confirmation or on-site prior to badge printing.                                                                                                          

Internet:  The online electronic registration form (for payment by credit card only) will remain live from the onset of advance registration through the close of the convention.

Mail:  Printable registration forms are available online. Please make certain you include your check with your form. Make checks payable to BIO and mail to:

Please send forms by regular mail. Please do not send packages by express mail courier services (e.g., DHL, Federal Express or UPS). The bank will not accept packages that require a signature.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION LOCATION

BIO International Convention registration will be located in the East Lobby on Level Zero of the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC), Boston, MA.  Pre-registered attendees and exhibitors who provide an e-mail address when they register will receive an immediate receipt/confirmation after submission and another receipt/confirmation 10 to 14 days before the convention.  Please print this e-mail and bring it with you to pick up your name badge on-site.  Express badge pickup counters will be conveniently located in the convention center registration area.  Photo ID (driver’s license, passport or government issued photo ID) will be required at check-in

RECEIPT/CONFIRMATION

• All registrants will receive an email receipt/confirmation for the convention if their contact information is complete and they have paid the registration fees in full. Registrants must provide a current email address in order to register.
• This email serves as both a receipt of payment and a confirmation that you are registered to attend the BIO International Convention.
• Please note:  mailed registration forms with check payment may take up to 21 days to be processed. Receipt/Confirmation will be sent after registration form has been processed in the system.
• A second receipt/confirmation will be re-issued 10 to 14 days prior to the convention. Please print this confirmation and bring it with you to any of the Express Badge Pickup counters located in the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC) to pick up your name badge and conference materials.

INCOMPLETE REGISTRATION NOTICE

Incomplete registration notices will be sent to the individuals who mailed in a registration form with missing or eligible information. Registration forms will not be accepted if:

• The information is not legible.
• You indicate that payment by check will follow.
• You received a complimentary registration code number. You must register online.
• You select a registration category or option that is only available online.

You are not registered for 2007 BIO International Convention if any of the reasons listed above apply. Please follow the directions on the form to complete your registration. Your registration form must be received on or before March 23, 2007, 5:00 p.m. CST, to qualify for the early bird rate. If your form is received after this date, you will be charged the higher rate.  Contact BIO customer service at reg2007@bio.org, if you have questions regarding this notice.
